Rarity of the ŁAD Cooperative!

Another rarity of the ŁAD Cooperative.
And it is one of the biggest we have presented here so far!
The lower part is the so-called “bench”.
It was designed by O. Szlekys and W. Wincze (although some point only the first one due to the characteristic design of the sliding door) at the end of the 1940s.
The shelves were added later, probably in the next decade. Both, as the preserved label and the barely visible pencil mark(?) show, were sold as a set in the 1950s.
And it is made of our beloved ashwood!
